By accessing and using GiantRoom ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
GiantRoom is a platform that connects creators ("Submitters") with raters ("Raters") to provide structured feedback on creative work. Submitters pay for a specified number of ratings, and Raters earn rewards for providing quality feedback.
3.1 Registration: You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4.1 Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant GiantRoom a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content to Raters for the purpose of providing feedback.
4.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
4.3 Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once Raters have begun providing feedback on your submission.
4.4 Rating Guarantee: We guarantee you will receive the full number of ratings you paid for. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund.
5.1 Quality Standards: Raters must provide thoughtful, constructive feedback. Low-quality or spam ratings may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
5.2 Minimum Time: Raters must spend a minimum amount of time rating each submission to ensure quality feedback. Attempts to game the system will result in penalties.
5.3 Rewards: Rewards are earned for completed ratings and are subject to verification. We reserve the right to withhold rewards for ratings that do not meet quality standards.
5.4 Withdrawal: Earned rewards can be withdrawn according to our payment schedule and minimum withdrawal requirements. Payment processing may take 5-10 business days.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GiantRoom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIANTROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
